Please call 920-339-4046 or email GBWUCS1@greenbaywi.gov to make changes to your account.

If you are moving to or from the City of De Pere you will need to provide the following information:

  • Moving INTO De Pere: Address in De Pere, Billing Name(s), Billing start date, Daytime phone number
  • Moving OUT OF De Pere: Address in De Pere, Forwarding address, Billing end date, Daytime phone number, Name to put account into in order to remove your name.
