Water Aerobics

Looking for a unique, fun-filled way to be active without high impact movements on your limbs and joints? You're in luck. The De Pere Parks & Recreation Department offers a variety of both indoor and outdoor water aerobics options - and the best part is, there's something for everyone, any time of year. 

Masters Swim Program

Join our adult masters swim program for weekly evening practices, scalable swim sets, and outdoor fun each summer season. Intended for participants with strong swimming skills and the ability to work towards 2000+ yards per practice. Limited stroke feedback and coaching provided by staff. Those beginning their lap swim journey are welcome to join, but this will not replace standard swim lessons.
