The City of De Pere's social media accounts regularly feature a Photo of the Day, which can be submitted by community members.

Our "Photo of the Day" seeks to highlight sights, services and events within the City of De Pere city limits. 

If you're interested in submitting a picture to be considered for Photo of the Day, please consider these options:

Please remember these things when submitting photos:

  • Keep it local
    • All photos must be taken within the City of De Pere limits. If you aren't sure where our limits are, click here. 
  • Use your own
    • You can't copy pictures from any outside source. All photos must be the submitter's sole artistic effort.
  • Share the love
    • By submitting a photo, you grant the City of De Pere permission to use the photo on their respective website, print marketing, social media, and any other collateral royalty-free. Depending on the platform photos are used, attribution may be provided to the photographer, but is not guaranteed. 
    • While we try to use all photos submitted for Photo of the Day, keep in mind it is not guaranteed your photo will be used. 
    • What we post: Keep in mind that we generally try to circulate photos so that it showcases a wide variety of subject matter and contributors, but it is ultimately up to the marketing team's discretion on which images we share, and when. Also note that while many of our images are generally used during times of year that match the subject matter, our Photo of the Day selections are typically scheduled weeks out in advance. For this reason, images are not chosen to be an exact reflection of any current day, weather event, or season, and there will often be noticeable delays between when you submit and when your photo may be featured.
