How do I get a solicitor permit?

Just print the application form here and bring it to the City Clerk's office, 335 S. Broadway.  You'll need to show your ID and provide a copy of your company's state seller permit from the Wisconsin Department of Revenue.  We will also take your picture while you're at City Hall.

Can I use my permit anywhere?

Your solicitor permit is valid within De Pere's city limits.  Please note that several surrounding communities use a De Pere mailing address, but they are NOT within our municipality.  Click here to view the official City map.

How much does it cost?

The fee is $125 per person, per month.  There is also a one time, non-refundable $35 fee for the background check.  Please note that it can take up to 14 business days to receive your permit.
