The City of De Pere, along with community partners, hosts an annual State of De Pere event. This event is a time for our Mayor and community leaders to share updates to the community.

Here are details for the 2025 event:
The City of De Pere is hosting its 2025 State of De Pere program at the Mulva Cultural Center on Wednesday, May 7 at 5:30 pm.
Doors open at 5 pm. Ticket sales are limited to 200, so those interested in attending are encouraged to secure their spots. Cost is $10 per ticket. Buy State of De Pere tickets by clicking here.
Mayor James Boyd will serve as the keynote speaker, offering valuable insights and updates on the exciting developments shaping our beloved city. Additionally, the City of De Pere is excited and grateful to share the State of De Pere stage once again with De Pere Area Chamber Commerce, and Definitely De Pere. Prior to Mayor Boyd’s remarks, representatives from these important community partners will provide updates on their respective efforts within De Pere.
The State of De Pere addresses will take place in the Discover Auditorium. The event is sponsored by Community First Credit Union.
Following the presentations, attendees will have the opportunity to network and socialize in the Mulva Cultural Center’s Atrium, which will remain open until 8 pm. During this time, the Mulva Cultural Center’s culinary team will provide a variety of Hors d'oeuvres for attendees to enjoy. Hors d’oeuvres are included with the price of admission. A cash bar will be available for refreshments.
Please note, for those unavailable to attend, the State of De Pere will be available to watch for free on-demand on the City's website and YouTube Channel within 48 hours of the event. It will also be broadcast on a regular rotation on De Pere TV, the City's cable access station.
